Active Shooter Preparedness
Unfortunately we have come to the day and age when this type of training has become necessary in our business, places of worship and schools. Nobody wants to hurt someone. But if an armed intruder enters your building we need a plan.
Our plan is to teach you tactics. Tactical running, tactical hiding, and finally tactical fighting. Simply defined tactics mean “actions carefully planned.”
We have trained businesses, churches and schools to survive until police arrive. That is our goal. Survival. Emotional, physical and even spiritual.
Our chances for survival increase when we discuss, plan and train. Many people think “when it hits the fan I will rise to the level of the occasion.” One police trainer countered, “ No, you will sink to the level of your training.”

It has been said it takes thousands of reps to establish muscle memory, or to train the subconscious mind to react seemingly without thought. Well, we have adopted the “scenario based training” model. This closely re-enacts reality (an armed shooter) bringing all the emotions and fear associated with this encounter. In turn, your subconscious mind can be trained in a few reps. (think of touching a hot stove) most of us only have to do that once, not thousands of times to not do that again. Our training is the hot stove. It mimics reality enough to equip you to survive.
