This live, caller driven show is hosted by Keelan and Emily Hastings. They discuss all aspects of exercise, proper nutrition, and issues surrounding health and fitness. The show is designed to be entertaining while motivating listeners to live a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they regularly feature celebrity guests and industry insiders.
