
Join me every Saturday from 8-9 am for my one hour boot camp classes. I combine resistance training with high intensity plyometrics, kick boxing, medicine balls, box drills and cardio for a killer workout. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This is a great add on for your regular exercise routine. Burn between 500- 600 calories each time!! I never duplicate a class. Cost is $15.00 per person.
